Partnering for Success Disability Employment

Partnering for Success Disability Employment Workshop testimonials

Deakin University
It was terrific to have such a diverse group of managers/supervisors and HR colleagues in the room and my team will use this as the start of a conversation about a deliberate strategy to increase employment opportunities for people with disability across Deakin, and to retain current staff who have or acquire a disability at their maximum levels of wellbeing and productivity.

 Barwon Water
The facilitators brought their own personal insight and wealth of knowledge to engage with a cross section of the organisation which has inspired and motivated us to champion activities to support our Disability Action Plan and other activities.  This workshop was the ideal opportunity to:  build awareness and knowledge of barriers; and identify and implement strategies aimed at removing barriers to employment and access to Barwon Water’s services and facilitates for people with a disability.

THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR YOU, YOUR BOARD AND SENIOR STAFF TO SHARE SOME LEARNINGS ABOUT WHAT IS AUSTRALIA’S BEST PRACTICE IN  EMPLOYMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

By attending this workshop you will achieve the following outcomes:

  1. Learn about why increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities is so important.
